Now that you’re signed up, you probably have a few questions–and we’ve got answers!

When and where will my box be delivered?

We deliver our boxes to home addresses in the East Bay on Saturdays from 7am-3pm. You don't need to be home to receive a delivery, but we do need detailed instructions for our drivers on where to leave the box. If you haven’t filled out the Delivery Notes section of your customer profile yet, please do so as soon as possible. Please be sure to include any special instructions to access your drop off location (don’t forget gate codes!).

How and when can I choose what’s in my box?

You choose which items you receive each week. Just log into your account from 3pm Monday - 3pm Wednesday to customize. We’ll send you a reminder email on Friday so you don’t forget! If you do forget (we all do sometimes!), you’ll just receive the standard items that week.

How do I tell my family and friends how awesome you guys are?

It’s easy! We’ve created a customized referral link just for you here. Share the link with friends and when they sign up, both of your accounts will be credited with $10 in Imperfect credit. You can also check out the referral section of your account for other, simple ways to spread the Imperfect word.
